Each handler is teamed with his own dog and will handle the same dog throughout his service with the company.
Larger long-term projects may involve the recruitment and training of TCN or LN handlers. If this is case the handlers will be trained and managed by experienced trainers from the company and will most definitely come from a military background with the appropriate experience and qualifications.
